Tsuchidaen
A five-minute drive from Shojiri Interchange on the Nagano Expressway, this tourist farm on National Route 19 has a large sign to help you find it. Shiojiri's known for its fruit, and they grow grapes in a great location looking out on the majestic Northern Alps to the west. The Southern Alps are to the east and the Kiso Mountains is to the south. They grow each bunch of grapes with love, from fruiting to harvest. The vineyard offers all-you-can-eat with no time limit. The season for grapes is from July to December. They also grow apples and pears, and there's a greenhouse so visitors can pick on rainy days, too.
