小学校の音楽の時間に習う「荒城の月」の作者ですね。瀧廉太郎はここで生まれたのではなくが短い少年期12歳から14歳まで暮らした場所なんですね。武家屋敷見学の点からも面白いと思いますし館内展示に映像コーナーも良かったです。瀧廉太郎の短い生涯を紹介したビデオは是非見て下さい。あと系図も・・・・皆さんがご存じの方がいますよ。

滝廉太郎に関した資料、年表、ゆかりのものが展示してあり、ビデオもある。庭は大きくはないが、趣があっていい庭で、面白いのは岩をくりぬいた、馬小屋がある。
