This unusual spot connects the Tappi Fishing Port to the Tappizaki lighthouse with 362 stairs spanning 388.2 meter, and is designated National Route 339, yet no vehicles traverse this pathway. Nearby is the Tsugaru Strait Fuyugeshiki Folk Song Monument.
