Nanbukyuryo Park
This general park is Yokkaichi city's largest, and embraces the hilly Satoyama landscape, mixing cultivated and untouched land. The North Zone has a chestnut forest, natural lawn, observation hill, and large play area. The South Zone has a zoo of small animals. There are all kinds of animals around, including sheep, goats, and peafowl, and every Sunday they have a rabbit-holding time. The park also has massive play equipment like the Long Slide and Wide Slide, making it very popular with children.
