他の道の駅と変わらないようにも見えますが，新鮮な魚が並んでいて，それを目当てに来る人も多いです。頼むと裁いてくれるので，その日のうちに食べると本当に美味しいです。
活魚を刺身の冊に

最初からいけすの魚狙いで訪れました。残念ながらたまたま魚の種類が少なくて選択肢は限られていましたが、鳴門の天然鯛に決めました。刺身の冊にしてもらい、半身は皮をひいてもらい、半身は皮つきにしてもらいました。自由に魚を選んで、望む様に捌いてくれるので、ありがたいです。おろすまでは無料。冊や刺身にするには1匹200円かかります。自宅に持ち帰り、早速刺身と炙りにして、鳴門のわかめも添えて、堪能しました。今...
