"Located approximately 15 minutes via the Nagasaki Dejima Road (Oranda-zaka Tunnel) from JR Nagasaki Station, this seafood restaurant specializes in plenty of seasonal natural live fish that can be caught in Tachibana Bay that opens before your eyes. All of the 17 large and small 17 rooms face the sea, and you can dine with a view of the bay. The menu differs depending on the season, with specialties such as ""koebi no odorigui"" (live shrimp) served from April to January, and ""hamo tsukushi"" (pike conger dishes) served from June to July respectively. The ""hamayaki"" that can be enjoyed throughout the four seasons also changes depending on the seasons and weather."
