This soba noodle shop is just a one-minute walk from Chichibu Shrine. They use freshly ground buckwheat flour they mill themselves with carefully selected buckwheat berries. You can see their chefs at work making the noodles through a glass pane right as you enter the shop. Their meal sets feature soba along with other tasty dishes featuring local ingredients, including tempura and steamed rice. They also have an array of desserts made with buckwheat including soba ice cream, sobagaki sweet dumplings, and soba shiruko, a traditional sweet red bean soup.

久しぶりに唸る蕎麦でしたこしも香りも申し分なしお隣でお土産蕎麦もありますのでどうぞお勧めは乾麺より生めんですね

初秩父、初来店です。鴨セイロ舞茸天ぷら、しめじご飯セット1600円。そばつゆ濃いめで美味しい。天ぷらもさっくりと揚がっていて軽く美味しいです。秩父は蕎麦屋さんが多いのですが、友人お勧めだけありました。

昼の時間をずらしたが、列ができていた。コシのきいた方のそばではないが、風味、食感は悪くない。混んでいるからか店員さんが注文間違いをよくしていた。
