This soba noodle shop is about a five-minute walk from Wado-Kuroya Station on the Chichibu Railway's Chichibu Main Line. They stone-grind their buckwheat flour themselves every morning in a dedicated mill beside the shop. They serve tempura along with it made with local produce. Their standard noodles are made with 80% buckwheat flour, but you can pay a little more for 100% buckwheat noodles. Try the Aimori menu featuring both soba and udon noodles.

天ぷらざるそば1000円を頂きました。天ぷらはゴーヤ、さつまいも、オクラ、人参でした。そばは二八、細麺です。つけ汁は昆布が香ります。今日のは醤油が強く感じた。全体的には薄めなのでお蕎麦をたっぷり浸しても塩辛くありません。

秩父に数多くある蕎麦屋のひとつ。休日の昼間、混んでいるわけではないが、すごい美味しかった。天ぷら蕎麦やとろろ蕎麦など置いてあり、十割そばにはプラス100円で可能。
