This is the Ichinokura Sake Brewery's showroom. It's on Prefectural Route 242 in Matsuyama, Matsuyama Sengoku, Osaki City. It has exhibits featuring antique sake brewing equipment, and materials related to sake's history and brewing process. There are also a picture gallery and an event space, and they hold a variety of planned exhibitions including one featuring the work of the local swordsmith Hokke Saburo in spring and fall. Adjacent is the Jizake-ya-Hana-no-Kura with an eatery and a gift shop selling local specialty items and Ichinokura sake.

物販・飲食の施設です。一ノ蔵のお酒はもちろん（すず音も）そろっていますが他にも地元のものを購入できます。レストラン（食事処）では食事のほかスイーツもいただけるようです（当日訪問の時間はすでにクローズ）。

地元の酒造メーカーとして知られる一ノ蔵が営業する飲食・物産施設です。置いてあるものはほとんど酒関連かと思ったら、そうでもありません。地元のものを幅広く扱っているようです。そばは地元のそば粉を使っているそうで、確かに町の南のほうでそば畑を見かけました。

蕎麦を使った茂庭御膳というのを食べたくて足を運んでみたのだがそういうメニューはなく、鳥つけ蕎麦とおにぎりのセットを注文した。蕎麦はまあ普通だったがこのおにぎりは絶品。これを食べたらもうコンビニのおにぎりは食えないだろう。付け合わせの漬物とのコンビネーションも絶品。値段も納得。車だったので日本酒が飲めなかったことだけが悔やまれる。なにしろ、お向かいは日本酒ミュージアムなのだ。
