A sushi restaurant where you can enjoy sashimi made with high class and rare seafood selected by the discerning eye of the owner, a man who previously worked as a wholesaler and in the tuna auction site in Tsukiji Market. The most popular item on the menu is the lunch-only Tsukiji Market Jogai-don. This stunning dish consists of a seafood rice bowl consisting of around 10 varieties of seafood served on top of a bowl of chirashi sushi filled with seafood and rice. Another popular menu option is the Maguro-zukushi-don, a rice bowl topped with all manner of real, domestic tuna cuts with which you can have your choice of topping. Kashigashira also stocks a variety of sake, shochu, fruit liqueurs, and other beverages perfect for enjoying with seafood. The restaurant is closed on Sundays along with Tsukiji Market.

This restaurant in Tsukiji opens at 11:00 and you can reserve in advance only for 11:00and then wait in line! They have a few special dishes each day and today we were lucky to have raw white fish...

We arrived at an extremely unfortunate time. I found their attitude unfriendly. They seemed edgy about something. It really isnt a place Id like to visit twice time.
