Kojima Island

Kojima Island is a famous uninhabited island in Kushima City. The island is inhabited by Japanese macaques which were designated a natural monument in 1934. Visitors can go to the island and sightseeing boats depart from the Ishinami Coast. The island houses the “Field Museum Kojima Park” and visitors can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Ishinami Coast.
