This tea house is located in a more than a century-old townhouse located across from the old Yoshida residence. It offers sobagome zosui (buckwheat porridge), a local delicacy well-known to the people of Tokushima Prefecture. This hearty and healthy dish is flavored with a stock made with Awa-odori chicken, a local breed. Their sobagome zosui sets, their zenzai (sweet red bean soup) and matcha tea sets, and their sudachi juice are also very popular.

うだつの町並保存地区にあるお店です。そば米雑炊は郷土料理だそうで、野菜やお餅が入っていて、優しい味で美味しかったです。

お昼を少し過ぎたくらいの時間に訪問。おなかが空いていたので、そは米雑炊をいただきました。そば米はぷちぷちした食感が楽しいです。やさしいお味で野菜もたっぷりとれて美味しかったです。デザートはそば茶のゼリーにあんこときな粉。こちらもお上品なお味で美味でした。
