A craft beer brewery located in Uchimachi, Izushi-cho, Toyooka City. The brewery makes the Izushi Roman craft beer using spring water from Izushi, an area known for its many soba noodle restaurants which also make use of these delicious waters. There's also an adjoining souvenir and gift shop, as well as the Izushi Shiroyama Garden restaurant, which serves snacks and appetizers that go great with beer, Izushi's famous Izushi soba noodles, and Tajima beef dishes.

観光バスをここに止めて、出石の城下町自由散策を100分しました。出石城の西側にあたる所です。かばん屋さん、お土産物屋さんなどがあります。ソフトクリームも売っています。寒いのでパスしましたが。乾麺のお蕎麦もあるので、お土産にしました。
出石蕎麦と但馬牛のお昼御膳

出石は但馬の城下町で、但馬牛や出石蕎麦など、名物の食べ物も盛りだくさんです。団体での昼食でしたが、程良い料理でした。市町村合併で、今は豊岡市内になってしまいましたが、小さくとも出石町のままが良かったと思います。

ランチで立ち寄りました。出石城跡や辰鼓楼から数分の場所、食事のメニューは、定食・麺類（蕎麦の食べ放題もあり）・一品料理の他にクラフトビールがあり、醸造施設が併設されていて出来立ての地ビールを味わえます。価格も￥５００とお手頃だったので早速注文、スタッフが丁寧にグラスに注いでくれたのを一口すると苦みは殆ど無くスッキリ感が際だってとても飲み易かったです。食事は月見とろろ蕎麦を頂きましたが出汁も美...
