Onuma Quasi-National Park
“Onuma Quasi-National Park”, which is close to Hakodate is a large park totaling an area of 9,083 hectares. You can enjoy nature in the park with three lakes, dotted with large and small islands, situated on the edge of Mt. Komagatake. There is something to be enjoyed in every season: cycling, pleasure boats, horseback riding and canoeing in summer, and ice-fishing, skiing and snowshoeing in winter. It is a five-minute walk from Onuma Koen Station. Access is easy as the buses from Hakodate Airport, etc. also pass by the park.
