This is one of the Sodegaura City Local Museum's exhibition facilities. It's in Sodegaura Park. Established to commemorate the first anniversary of the Tokyo Bay Aqua Line, it has Aqua Line related models, items, and displays on the civil engineering technology used for its construction. The venue is sometimes used for other exhibitions, too.

郷土博物館の右奥にあります。入場無料で館内撮影禁止は博物館に同じ。ロビーでは令和絡みのコラボ企画か「万葉集、花と樹の歌-瀧良子植物画の世界-」を開催。展示ホールでの映像展示「東京湾の歴史と東京湾アクアライン」《約10分》はリクエストベースというか省エネモードで係員へお声がけが必要。
