那須高原へのドライブ。ランチはこちらでと目指してくると昼前に到着。まずは駐車場待ち。その後は1時間以上待って店内へ。木立に囲まれた古民家です。庭の紅葉が色づき始めています。入り口付近には古い農機器具が置かれていて、入り口が引き戸で、かがんで入るほどの高さ。寒い場所の知恵ですね。席は入り口付近だっただのでトイレついでに店内を見学。囲炉裏や縁側もあり、良い雰囲気。隣の席には、地元の...

お昼過ぎに到着するとたくさんの人が待っていました。しかし店内は広いため、回転率はそれほど悪くありませんでした。どのメニューもかなりボリュームがありました。お目当てのおはぎ？はとても美味しく、お餅そのものの甘味がしっかりしていました。

平日にも関わらず開店前からお客さんが並んでる人気店。田舎料理を出すお店で人気ナンバー1の「ぽこぺん膳」(1300円)を食べました。おこわ、けんちんうどん、煮物、おもち、わらび餅と盛り沢山で炭水化物の多いランチでお腹いっぱいになります。
