In addition to standard Japanese shokupan bread and sweet buns, the bakery's diverse selection of over 60 bread varieties includes French bread, bagels, rusks, and tarts. The bakery's skilled owner, Hiroki Ogawa, worked at famous Tokyo hotels such as the Tokyo Prince Hotel and has won awards in numerous bakery competitions. Ogawa also likes a challenge, as is revealed by his choice to set up shop in Tsukuba City, a hotly contested market home to many delicious bakeries.

ハエがとまっていました。。。

味、コスパは、つくばでダントツ１位だと思います。特に食パンは、私の中では、乃が美より上です！ただ残念なことが１つ。本日行ったら、フランスパン？の上にハエがとまっていました。大したことはないですが、衛生面だけはしっかり管理してもらいたいです。

祭日の15時におじゃましました。やはり、パンは少なくなっていて大好きな栗のフランスパンはありませんでしたが、クロックムッシュはあわてて確保。やはり大人気店なんですね。
スコーンもオススメです

クロワッサンが大人気のお店です。土日はすぐになくなることもありますが、平日のお昼前だと買いやすいです。メロンパンもサクサクで美味しいし、スコーンも美味しいです！
