This is a restaurant souvenir shop where visitors can enjoy products made with clean water from Mt. Haruna and carefully selected ingredients. It is located 15 minutes from Shibukawa Ikaho Interchange. In addition to the famous Mizusawa Udon noodles, dishes made with a variety of seasonal ingredients can be enjoyed and in the spacious shop, souvenirs are offered as well. The Mizusawa Udon noodles, characterized with slippery yet firm texture, are thickly cut and rated as one of the three most famous udon noodles in Japan. Noodles can be purchased as souvenirs and there are also packs of noodles to stew as well. The Yu-no-hana red bean paste filled buns and local sake are suitable for gifts.

観光バスがいつも停まっていて、伊香保や水沢観音に行く通り沿いなので目立ちます。お食事もできて、うどんは絶品♡
湯の花まんじゅうが美味

伊香保石段街散策の帰りに立ち寄りました。抹茶とイチゴのソフトクリーム、美味しかったです。湯の花饅頭ですが、つぶしあん入りが有ったので、即おみやげで購入。試食も頂き、美味しかったです。つぶしあん好きには、絶対お勧めです。昼食を済ませていたので、今回食事しなかったのですが、”うどんの食べ放題舞茸天ぷらセット”がとても気になりました。次回の楽しみにしておきます。
