Sports Facility / Athletic Park

A park in Higashi-hiroshima City, which is also known as the Aqua Park. The park was built for the 1994 Hiroshima Asian Games. It has a great variety of facilities for all sorts of sporting events including a baseball stadium, athletic field, tennis courts, and a gym. Special classes for a variety of sports and events are also held here.

1994年の広島アジア大会の開催に合わせて整備が進められた会場です。
また、多目的広場には、サンフレッチェ東広島サッカースクールの練習場として、
使われているようです。

アクアパークと呼ばれている施設です。広大な土地に、体育館、野球場、陸上競技場、テニスコート、多目的広場、があります。私は、多目的広場しか使用した事が無いのですが、駐車場が広く、様々な施設が充実している為、とても利用しやすいと思います。

遊具は少なめですが、駐車場は広くボール遊び、バドミントンなども出来、広い公園です。テニスコートや野球場などは広々としています。
お手洗いは公園にしては綺麗ですし、管理事務所にもいつも係りの方がいらっしゃるので、安心して遊ぶ事ができます。
秋は落ち葉も沢山あり、子供達はいつも季節を感じながら遊んでいます。
