We tried the special ramen with thick slices of pork and it was delicious. The restaurant from outside does not look very appealing but do not be fooled by the appearance!

11時半ころに店に到着。当然ながら行列ありで40分ほど待って入店。今回は一番人気である角煮ラーメンをいただきました。人気があるのもわかる出汁の香りと味。麺の味もよくスープとの絡みも抜群と文句ありません。背脂がたっぷり入っているもののさっぱりとしたラーメン。尾道ラーメンの真髄を味わいました。

この店ができた当時は今は無き「朱華園」や「つたふじ」の行列に嫌気が指しここに来るといった感じだった、だが今は「つたふじ」を上回る人気店になった様です、盆休み8月13日の11時頃並び約50分待ちでした、忙し過ぎる為なのか麺の茹で方も雑で硬すぎる、スープも昔の様な旨味が弱く特徴のない味、残念だな…角煮ラーメンが一押しらしいが、シンプルな尾道ラーメンの味で勝負すれば近隣に上回るライバルが多数いるよ...
