This Western sweets shop has been designed around the theme of a villa in Kamakura’s sister city of Nice in southern France. It has a tranquil, relaxed atmosphere despite being close to the station, and around February visitors will notice the smell of the mimosa flowers in bloom. With careful attention to ingredients, they arrange European traditional sweets to fit the tastes of Japanese. Their pretzels and Petit Four Sales salt cookies made with a blend of Shonan Kamakura salt and French Guérande salt are particularly popular for gifts.

観光客頼みの鎌倉でコロナによる閉店があいついだのですが、ここは健在です。地元の支持がある証拠でしょう。安定のおいしさは大事ですね

鎌倉を訪問する度に、この店でケーキを食べる。以前は無かったが、ハイティーがメニューに追加されたようだ。昼食後に訪問したので、ケーキとコーヒーを注文。一部店内改装した様で、ケーキのコンセプトも少し変わってきたようだ。
