The long-awaited 2nd location of [IWAPPARA matsu en don] a popular farmers restaurant, has opened up near Yuzawa Station. They use organic rice from Minamiuonuma and domestically produced wheat flour to make their much-loved bagels. These lightly toasted bagels have a springy texture along with a distinct toasted rice aroma. The bagels utilize rice and other easy-to-pair Japanese flavors, which makes them perfect for their lunch set. This set pairs them up with soup and a delicate selection of Japanese-style fried foods. The owner of the restaurant has a professional background in rice farming and distribution for koshihikari rice from Minamiuonuma, which is the same rice featured in their onigiri rice balls, omelette rice, and other hit menu items.
