We stick our commitment to detail including the counter made from a single piece of wood and special-ordered chop sticks using Yoshino Cedar, a domestic brand of wood, to create a relaxant space where you can relax and enjoy sushi. Enjoy the perfect combination of sushi toppings and sushi rice with the perfect hardness that is carefully created by our owners splendid skills obtained through his rich experiences. Our sushi that can be created only by our owner who was born in Toyama prefecture keeps attracting many people.

At least once a year we overnight in Uozu just to enjoy the fine dining experience at Sushi Daimon. We are never disappointed!

でも、東京でお店を選べば食べれるレベル。富山まで来て食べたい地方感等が皆無。地元の方が都会の高級寿司を食べたいのならお勧め、観光客ならば他店ですね。

魚津という魚のためにあるような地名の、富山で一番の名店である。おつまみもうまいが、特筆すべきはお椀である。出汁が独特でうまい！全国からお客が来るのがうなずける。こういうお店は大事にしたいものだ。
