The restaurant serves Italian menus prepared by the chef from Tokyo who became fascinated by the beauty and culinary culture in Noto. He prefers to use organic produce purchased from local farms and Noto brand meats that are ranked A5 or higher. Dishes served include roasted fatty Japanese spanish mackerel, Panna Cotta seasoned with Kaga Hojicha (roasted green tea) and rice starch for sweetening and ice-cream cake mixed with chestnuts, both of which draw on the delicious ingredients. Dining space has a warm atmosphere, with relaxing sofa seats, comparable to visiting your friends family home in the country. Also available are selection of wines from domestic brands and organic wines from Italy and more. Recommended for anniversaries and dinners at a date.
