- Kushinobo is the established restaurant since 1950, specializing in deep fried kushiyaki dishes. Selected ingredients are fried in special batter with bread crumbs before serving. Although the golden brown deep-fried dishes look alike, they include fresh, creative delicacies like [Crab meat roll with Japanese whiting], [Shrimp wrapped with Japanese basil] that coax out the flavor of ingredients. One of our recommended menu is [Chefs choice of assorted kushiyaki]; chef dips the range of meat, seafoods and vegetables in the batter before deep-frying and served at the best timing. Diners can order and taste the freshly fried dishes as much as they wish. There are menus with pre-fixed number of kushiyaki, depending on the number of guests or events. As the location is next to Kyoto station, diners may order a glass of beer or shochu at ease to pair with our popular dishes.
