Catch Copy: At Nikusho Jade Kanazawa, diners will have a chance to experience the tasteful Noto beef yearly available only in 1000. The meat is high in oleic acid which is contained in the fat with tender texture and rich in flavor. Range of dishes using Noto beef includes [Specially assorted meat dishes (3 different cuts)], [Lean meat plate] and other delicious offerings. We have locally brewed sake (Japanese alcohol) from Ishikawa, shochu (Japanese alcohol), champagne and Cava sparkling wine to pair with the meat. Selection of wines totals more than 40 and some bottles are served at reasonable rate and others at 80,000 JPY. Enjoying the delectable dishes and beverages in a town house style interior is a treat.

電話予約が無難。ぐるなびで2週間以上前に確定、前日に確認メールも来たが予約されておらず、満席で入れず。1時間半以上待つか、翌日ランチならと提案されたが、旅行で予約ありきの行程だったのでお断りした。
最低の焼肉店

肉が悪くなっていた。上てっちゃんを頼んだら牛ではなくて豚肉だった、しかもじっくり焼いて食べたら妙に変な臭いと味がした為、一切れ食べて後は店に置いてきた。しかしながら悪い予感が的中しピッタリ4時間後に上から下からの食あたり。食後は4時間で起こる下痢や嘔吐食あたりだと医療関係者から教えてもらっていたので間違いはない。これから店に行かれる皆さんは十分に注意してくださいね。

ランチ1,000円から。量は多すぎず少なすぎず、ちょうど良い。食後のドリンクも含んでいるのでコスパ最高。味は非常に好みでした。牛ホルモンランチをオーダーしましたが、牛シロが肉厚で美味しかったです。離乳食の持込み不可とのこと、子連れには優しくない。
