ボスのお料理がとても素晴らしいお店の雰囲気も綺麗な欄間などセンスよくグラスワインのセレクトも好きですしかし何よりお肉お肉からとる出汁スープ類が本当に美味しいのです

名古屋の友人が予約しておいてくれて連れて行ってもらいました。これくらいの超高級店、価格に見合って本当に美味しかったです。コースのみですが、肉だけではなく、肉と伊勢エビを合わせてあったり、河豚と合わせてあったりと、アレンジのメニューも品数も多く、楽しめました。なかなか行けない金額ですがまた行きたいと思います。
和牛日式割烹，體現精髓

這次的和牛料理感覺很是特別，平常吃到中段已覺得很飽很膩，雪月花的做法調和了日系菜式，吃著吃著，十道菜完全能完成，感覺十分滿足。第一次嘗試這種做法的sukiyaki, 那塊松板牛是厚切的，入口如綿花般柔軟。這是30000yen 一位的季節料理，絕對值得一嘗！
