[French Cuisine Preeminence], 15 minutes walk from JR Kanazawa Station, offers the ultimate elaborate French dishes created by Norio Kawamoto who won the gold prize at [Gastro Prague], an international French cuisine competition and other culinary awards. The chef creates impressive dishes with his splendid techniques and sense that was cultivated in France, and serving dishes with high quality local ingredients: vegetables from Kaga and Noto Beef from Ishikawa.
