This is a colorful meal, where the flavors of the fish really are splendid. The pork is Hoei pork from Hokkaido-low in fat and calories, while being high in protein. The salt we use is Mediterranean crystal flake salt. Odorless Hoei pork tastes better with salt than with sauce, as the former brings out the sweetness of the meat. グラスワインも豊富で店員さんの対応も親切ですフランスワインの品ぞろえが多いみたいですが10年近くため込んだワインはすごい品ぞろえですワインが好きな人は外さない店です
