It is a very convenient place to stay since it is less than a 2 minute walk to the Mitaka JR line. We stayed at the hotel because its less than a 10 minute walk to the Tokai Matsumai dojo. I stayed...
格安ですが設備が古い

三鷹駅南口から徒歩５分という便利な場所にあるビジネスホテルです。ツインルームは２４m2と比較的広い割に格安だったのですが、宿泊してみて料金の安さに納得。とにかく設備が古いのです。バスルームの洗面台下が割れている箇所はテープで止めてあり、風呂の水を抜くとなぜか床面まで水浸しになってしまい、慌てました。格安なので、こういうホテルと割り切って宿泊すれば良いでしょう。

安かったですが、20年前のビジネスホテルのまんまです。禁煙・喫煙の区別無し、ウォシュレットなし、レストランなしです。フロントは丁寧で問題なしだし、新聞は無料で付いています。コインランドリーもあって部屋とレストラン以外は問題なしです。
