This hotel reeks of smoke. When I made the reservation, I asked for a nonsmoking room. I was then surprised when I arrived because they gave me a smoking room. I asked to be moved to a nonsmoking...
かなり年期の入ったホテル

駅からも魚の棚にも近く、食事には困らない。設備はかなり年期の入った感じですが、部屋はまあまあ広め。ただ、特にスツールやテーブルがあるわけでも無いので寛ぐ感じではない。名前はキャッスルホテルですが、見えるのはマンションや駐車場ぐらいで眺望もありません。
気持ちの良い接客でした!

古いホテルですが、清潔に掃除して下さっており快適に過ごせました。電話対応、接遇ともに満足です。チェックイン前に荷物を預かって下さり大変ありがたかったです。ありがとうございました。
