３月中旬、前日に降った雪が由布岳に白く積もっていました。宿は母屋と宿泊の離れに分かれています。母屋は白川郷から移築された合掌造りの建物。風情があっていいですね。宿泊は離れで、温泉付きです。露天風呂もあり、24時間自由には入れます。部屋の温泉も広くて気持ち良く、3回も入りました。宿泊料金もお値打ちで、又泊まりたい宿です。

なんと、世界遺産の白川郷より移築したそうです。このおもやでの食事がまた美味しかった。豊後牛や地鶏の炭火焼きは絶品でした。お部屋は離れで、ゆっくりまったりできました。
