博多車站博多口出來左手邊沿著主要道路走五分鐘內可到達。很新的商務旅館但房間較小。沒有製冰機可以自取，提供非常基本的早餐(小餐包、水煮蛋、濃縮果汁和咖啡)
綺麗なホテルです

旅行で利用しました。築年数が浅いので、とても綺麗です。軽朝食無料や自動精算機を利用したチェックインなどは他のR&Bと同じです。博多駅の新幹線改札口からは結構距離があります。
