三郷駅から近く、通り道にコンビニもあり、便利です。フロントの対応は良く、部屋も清潔です。残念な点は、昨今では殆どのビジネスホテルで常備されている衣類用消臭スプレーが、ここでは部屋に無かった事です。ただし、フロントに言えば、貸し出してくれます。

室内は清潔で整備はいき届いている廊下で話している声は筒抜けなので割とうるさく感じるかもしれない駅に近いので電車での移動は便利
