  米原ビーチで泳いだ後、昼ごはんに。海を見ながらデッキで食べる八重山そばは、出汁が効いていて、塩気の塩梅が丁度良く美味しかったです。海老の塩焼きも旨味が凝縮していて香ばしく、美味しかったです。地元の人にも人気とか。店主夫婦の人柄も含めめちゃめちゃ納得。また、石垣島に来た際には、米原ビーチとセットで訪れたいです。
