- 福井市中心部から車で山奥の中にある古民家に付属する蕎麦屋さんで古民家の方が蕎麦を打って供している。福井のそば粉できこうちの蕎麦で大根おろしに塩味ついた汁に入っている。太麺であるが打ち立てなので香り高く美味しい。古民家の見学時に行かれたら良い。
