There’s no better place to eat fresh seafood than by the sea, and it doesn’t get any fresher than here at Ine, a town famous for its fish trade. The hotel serves classic Japanese kaiseki (multi-course) meals made with the freshest produce sourced from the neighboring Ine fishing port, hand picked by the onsen’s head chef himself. Serving Tango tilefish in the spring, Japanese oysters in the summer, rockfish in the autumn, and crab, yellowtail, and pufferfish in the winter each seasonal variation of the dishes provides a unique culinary insight into the area.
