Just what vegetables the restaurant stocks varies day-to-day, so those interested in dining on something in particular might want to contact the establishment in advance. As the restaurant's vegetable cuisine is primarily made with local vegetables, it has been certified by the prefecture as ""Choice Local Production for Local Consumption Cuisine."" Terraced rice field sprawl beyond the restaurant's windows, and customers can enjoy a sweeping view of charming pastoral scenery."
