This rest stop includes a “German Museum,” which provides information on the exchange between locals and German soldiers who were taken prisoner in WWI, and the “Kagawa Archives & Resource Center.” It’s located in Oasa Town, Naruto City, Tokushima Prefecture, where the first Japan performance of Beethoven’s 9th Symphony took place. The tourist center features shops with famous local goods and an area that serves light German-themed breakfasts. There’s also an information section that provides information on routes and local tourist spots.

It sells agricultural and marine products, has a cafeteria and cafe, a rooftop plaza where children can play, a viewing deck, and a rooftop zip line that requires reservations. The ""Agricultural Products Marche"" sells specialty products of Naruto City, and ""Oimo Anpan"" from ""Bakery Imohoreta"" is popular."
