和歌山への出張で3泊利用しました。JR和歌山駅から徒歩圏内で、ホテル周辺に飲食店も多数ありますので立地はとても便利です。 ホテルの施設は、新しくは無いが清掃も行き届いていましたので快適に過ごせました。 また、簡単な物ではありましたが、朝食も無料となっているのは嬉しいところです。 やはり、1番の魅力は1泊5000円程度というリーズナブルな価格、ビジネス利用であれば全ての面で満足出来ました！！
