    This Japanese-style sweets cafe is located in Kunodo-cho, Nara City. Here you can enjoy a cup of matcha green tea along with ohagi bean jam coated rice cakes, zenzai sweet azuki bean soup, and other homemade Japanese-style desserts. There is an authentic tearoom on the second floor where tea ceremony and traditional tea making activities are held in which you can make real matcha green tea with your own hands.

With a reputation almost as stellar as that of Kyoto, Nara is a must-visit for those searching for the remains of "traditional Japan."
