"A hot spring bathhouse located a five-minute walk from the Shinki Bus ""Nishihouda"" bus stop. The bathhouse' natural iron-containing carbon dioxide sodium chloride hydrogen carbonate saline cold mineral spring wells up from 1,350 meters underground. Containing an abundance of iron, it is known as the ""golden spring"" due to the yellow brown color of its waters. The bathhouse has two bathing areas, one redolent with the soothing fragrance of the woods it is built with, and one built with an abundance of attractive natural rock. Each bathing area has an outdoor bath, individual person baths, a large group bath, and sauna. In either area, bathers can enjoy the bathhouse' elegant design."

    Hyogo Ako-shi Misaki
A hot spring district facing the Harima Sea also known as the Hot Spring of Resurrection. Located on high ground along the coast, the district is situated far from other major sightseeing spots in the city and as such visitors can enjoy the beautiful Ako sunset here in peace and quiet. The hot spring got its start with the digging of the Ako Peninsula Hot Spring in 1970; a new natural hot spring source, located 1,600 meters below the ground, was dug in 2000. The waters of these high sodium, low temperature chloride springs have a soft, smooth feel. pH neutral common salt springs containing an abundance of minerals, they leave a layer of salt on the skin which prevents the evaporation of sweat, thus resulting in a powerful warmth retaining effect. Their waters are said to ease a wide range of conditions, including eight when drunk and 24 when bathed in, for a total of 32 health conditions, such as nerve pain, joint pain, and chronic digestive diseases.
