    香美町の山里にある、木の殿堂。安藤忠雄設計の建築であり、建物見学に行きました。木材の外観に、内部の柱なども木でできていて、スケールの大きい建築。内部の展示も充実しています。外の回廊ぞいには高木も植えられていて、楽しめます。

    Located at an elevation of 550 m above Shatorogawadaira, selected as one of the 100 best sightseeing spots in Hyogo Prefecture, this educational center is the largest of its kind in western Japan, covering 127 hectares, and offers an outdoor theater, field athletic facilities, campsites, and other facilities to enjoy nature to the fullest. It is also the site of a nature school for fifth graders of local public elementary schools.
