    Chez Shibata is a two-minute walk from Exit 1 of Kakuozan Station and features a stylish exterior with a cafe area on an open deck. The owner pastry chef, Musashi Shibata, has experience working at famous shops and hotels in Kobe and Paris, and he has created a number of unique sweets based on traditional French pastries. You’ll find cakes topped with seasonal fruits, chocolate made with select cacao beans, and baked goods that have earned praise from chefs working at high-class establishments in Paris. You can enjoy the popular afternoon tea set in the cafe area.

    美味しそうなスイーツがイッパイでした。 18席ほどのカフェのコーナーがあり店内で頂けます。 スイーツはどれも個性があり芸術的、どれにしようか迷います。 器なども洒落ていて優雅に過ごせました。

    This pastry shop in Meito Ward, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture has white wooden walls that lend it a stylish look. It was opened by Kenichi Nishio, a chef with extensive experience at well-known pastries. He uses select ingredients and bakes each cake by hand, and many of them are popular for celebratory occasions and as desserts. The display cases feature the flagship shortcake “Chantilly aux fraises”, made with two types of fresh cream produced in Kyushu, as well as about 20 regular and seasonal items in total. There is a dining space as well.

    ちょっとした手土産に、クッキーや焼菓子の小さな詰め合わせを買いました。包装が白のリボンでとても上品で可愛らしく、贈った相手にも、コーヒーに合って美味しかったと喜んでもらえました。

    実家の名古屋に夏休み省した際に、必ず家族で訪れるお店です。2020年2月23日(日)のTBSつぶれないお店でシャトレーゼが特集されていて、もしかしたらとWEBで調べたら大当たり！いつもケーキを買って帰りますが、シュークリームとアイスが人気ということなので、今年の夏に帰った時に買ってみます。商品以外でも、店員さんの接客がとても丁寧で心地よい印象が記憶に残る良いお店ですね。

    モーニング利用しました。ワッフル(ハーフ）にしました。 充分なボリュームでした。駐車場も完備ゆえ、利用しやすいと思います。

    猫洞通りにある小さなショップですが、人気店なので早く行かないと売り切れてしまいます。結構お酒の味が強いケーキもあるので、大人向けかも。 お休みが多いのでインスタグラムで事前に定休日をチェックしてください。イートインコーナーもありますが、時期によっては使用できないこともあります。
