The restaurant's special beef stew, created with Shinshu beef shank slow stewed in a secret recipe demi-glace sauce, is exquisite.

The drink menu contains several options as well. You can even order the horsemeat they use in their dishes online.

    量がとても多いので、注文しすぎないように。チキンのから揚げと生姜焼きを注文したが、美味しかった。えだまめも量がおおく、大満足。私たちは歩いて３分の「ゲストハウス 星空のあかり」に泊まった。ここの乳白の温泉は最高！
