    This is a restaurant in Oizumi Town, Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture, with a beautiful forest grove, gallery and restaurant with courtyard. The family of actor Hiroshi Yagyu and staff gathered from around the country operate here, and there are frequent repeat customers. Their long-time specialty since the restaurant’s founding is the fruit tea containing a generous helping of seven varieties of fruit. The Morning Basket full of Mt. Yatsugatake flavor, Western cuisine options, bread and other food makes for a full menu. Guests can see small birds and animals in the tree grove overlooked by the restaurant.

    レストランのオープンテラス席でのランチの後、敷地内を散策しました。素敵な外観のギャラリーから一歩外に出た中庭のほか、雑木林を散策する「森の散歩道」の途中にはステージと呼ばれる展覧施設もありました。木道を進んでいくと、妖精たちに出会いそう…そんな空間でした。

    Yamanashi Hokuto Takanecho Kiyosato 3545 Hotel
    A restaurant located inside Hotel Hut Walden a 10-minute walk from JR Kiyosato Station. Here you can enjoy course meals made primarily with local Yatsugatake vegetables and edible wild plants prepared by a vegetable sommelier-certified chef. For dinner, the restaurant serves two courses - the Yatsugatake Course and the Kiyosato Course; there's also a Kids' Course for children from kindergarten to elementary school student age. The restaurant can also be rented out for parties and can arrange special meals for large groups (advance reservation required).

    「萌木の村」の正面入口、JR清里駅に近いロケーションにあります。村のメインダイニングという位置づけとみました。メニューも、いくらか高級感が強かったと思います。

For dinner you can enjoy grilled cuisine served with restaurant original southern ironware on hot stone grills, paired with delicious wines.

    A restaurant located on the grounds of Hinomizu Ranch Farmhouse at the foot of the Yatsugatake Mountains. Everything on the menu is made by hand by the owner, and here customers can enjoy dishes made with an abundance of homegrown vegetables and bacon; yogurt and pudding made with farm fresh milk; and homemade breads. Particularly recommended is the lunch menu, which consists of several varieties of soups, seasonal salads, and breads hot out of the oven. The restaurant also sells its fresh-baked breads, and these make great souvenirs.

    Seisen Ryo Honkan Restaurant is on the second floor of the main building of Camp Seisen Ryo, known as the symbol of the Kiyosato Educational Experiment Project (KEEP). The menu is built around generous servings of fresh vegetables that have been carefully cultivated by local farmers. The wooden interior creates a pleasant, warm mood that invites diners to relax and enjoy their meal.

    ランチは午前１１時３０分から始まる。富士山が見えるよい眺めの席に座るためには開店前に行く必要がある。山梨県の食材（魚）を使い、マンネリにならないように毎年メニューを変えている。デザートの牛乳プリンはかなりおいしい。
