- "This convention center is notable for its exterior, which features glass walls and wooden lattice screens. Located just south of Toyama Castle Ruins Park, the center is also known by the nickname ""Otemachi Forum."" The third and fourth floors house a fan-shaped main hall with room for up to 825 people. The center offers simultaneous interpretation in six languages and can be also be used as venue for international conferences. The foyer leading to the halls can be used for events such as concerts and buffet parties sent in front of the backdrop of Toyama Castle Ruins Park. The first floor has an exchange gallery for citizens to enjoy that is also used for community events."

- A mall and multipurpose complex located a 15-minute walk from JR Toyama Station in Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture. The mall is occupied by boutiques, a sporting goods store, and other shops; a music school and pottery school, and cafes. There's also a music hall used for concerts, and numerous rental spaces used for lectures, art exhibitions, and a variety of other events. There are also public facilities such as a community center and resident's learning center.
