    国の重要文化財に指定されている施設です。 残念ながら「文庫」とは名が付いていますが、蔵書等はなく、ステンドグラスや建築の美しさを堪能できる施設となっています。 正確には、栄一が建築した物ではなく、栄一へのお祝いに関係する団体が寄贈したものです。 他の史料館や晩香盧と共に見学されると良いと思います。3館で300円です。
