    ここのジンギスカンは、別格だった。 店主曰く、多くのお店は工場の業務用スライサーで筋を除かずカットさせるのだそうだ。この店に関しては、店内にて生ラムのブロックを捌き包丁で筋を除き出来るだけ鮮度の良い状態で提供しているそうです。 自家製たれについても妥協をせず時間をかけてブレンドしてらしい。
