清水寺

此寺院位於京都府京都市東山區，據說源自延鎮上人於778年在「音羽之瀑」上方供奉千手觀音像。本堂安置十一面千手觀音立像，建築樣式採寢殿造（平安時代的貴族建築樣式），十分優美。在突出於斷崖上的「清水舞台」則可欣賞櫻花、新綠、紅葉等四季景緻，並能一覽京都市區，是絕佳的拍照景點。「音羽之瀑」分3道落下，可祈求保佑延年益壽等，擁有廣大人氣而經常大排長龍。這一帶總是熱鬧非凡，充滿校外教學旅行的學生和日本國內外觀光客人潮，是京都的一大觀光景點。

I actually paid for the entrance to the temple just to visit this. I went through the ritual that is required to get either health, wealth or long life not know which water stream is which.

Theres usually a line, but it takes just a few minutes. You carry a metal pole with the cup at the end to catch the pure water coming out of the 3 spouts. It can get quite heavy so be sure to hold ...
